n   OPERATING SYSTEMS SUPPORT
   
The software will work on Windows Worksation only.  No server edition supported.
 
n   PREVIOUS RELEASE SUPPORT
   
If you have any previous release you can download and installl the new release for free.  Once
    installed simply request a new key using the button below.

n   ERROR WHILE STARTING
   
The software will not work without a default printer.  If no default printer is installed it will fail.


n   INVALID KEY
    This is mainly caused by physical hardware or software changes.  Either a new PC or hardware
     changes within your PC or laptop. Any major OS changes also. See Hardware Finger Print Key
     below.

n   HARDWARE FINGER PRINT KEY
   
The program uses strong registering system that use internal hardware PC references such as
    BIOS, CPU, harddisk etc..  Any changes into your hardware might cause a key change.  If this
    happen simply re-install the software and request a new key by using button below. The key is
    only available after you install the software.  It can be found under About menu or when you click
    on Enter Key button during Splash screen.


























n NEW KEY REQUEST LIMITATION
    After you register you can receive a maximum of four (4) keys per license.  After your fouth keys
    you need to purchase another license.  Each key request can be obtain within a minimum of 60
    days apart. Please plan carefully and allow a minimum of 48 hours or more. This is a manual
    process.  I verify and tab all requests.

n  MEDIA ID
     The media ID provide a secure way to avoid media error.  Each media ID correctly identify the right
     tape drive to load this media.  Most robots support this function now.  If your robot do not support
     it simply use standard 3 of 9.

n   SEQUENCE NUMBER
    A maximum of six (6) digits can be used.  This is an industry standard for over 30+ years.  It
    provides enough combination to create millions of barcode using Alpha and numerical number. 
    ANSI 3 of 9 barcode support only upper case characters.
